The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating this person who is:

“WANTED BY POLICE”

 

Lyle Allan HUBER (45 years old )

                                                                     

FOR

 

               – Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

 – Fraudulent Use of Credit Card X8

– Fail to Attend Court X2

                                                                                               

On July 15th, 2019, the Brandon Police Service received a report from the victim of a fraud that their credit had been stolen from their residence and used by HUBER for 8 separate transactions throughout the city totalling over $2500. HUBER was located, arrested and released to appear in court for a later date, however, he has failed to appear.

Attempts have been made by Police to locate the suspect which have been met with negative results.

CRIME OF THE WEEK for December 27th, 2019

The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a;

Break and Enter

On December 20th, 2019, the Brandon Police Service received a report of a break and enter to a residence in the 400 block of Brentwood Trailer Court. The homeowner returned to their home to find that the front door had forced open. Once inside, the suspect(s) rummaged through the residence and proceeded to unlock each window in the home had been unlocked.
