Raymond William NOLIN (38 years old)

 

FOR

 

Uttering Threats

Assault Cause Bodily Harm

Mischief Under $5000 X2

Flight From Police

Drive Dangerously

Fail to Comply With Court Order

 

On January 6th, 2019, police observed a motor vehicle with expired registration being operated in the 800 block of 9th street. Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle at which time the vehicle then sped away from police at a high rate of speed. A brief pursuit was initiated, however was quickly terminated to ensure public safety. The driver was identified by police as Raymond NOLIN. He was arrested and brought in to the Brandon Police Service station for an interview. Prior to the interview NOLIN became enraged and smashed a chair into the wall causing damage under $5000.

On February 16, 2010, NOLIN struck the victim in the head with a laptop computer and while doing so, also struck the victim in the hand causing the hand to break. NOLIN also caused damage to the residence and threatened to kill the victim.

The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a;

Residential Break and Enter

 

On March 28th. 2021, police received a report of a Break and Enter which had occurred at a residence in the detached garage on Almond Cres. The homeowner immediately noticed that the following items had been stolen during the break in;

– Milwaukee M12 drill, impact driver, hackzall, ratchet driver and batteries

– Milwaukee M18 hammer drill, impact drill and flashlight, grinder, oscillating tool, batteries

– Milwaukee level, drill bit set, CCM black hockey duffle bag, crossbow, Diamond Hunting bow, 12 arrows, bluetooth speaker

– Rockey Mountain Growler 20 black and grey Bicycle Serial Number SRMAJ1905919

– Specialized Rockhopper 29 black bicycle serial number WSBC602073498P
